Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), and as data controller, we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

1. Data controller

The operator of the Dress Fashion AI application. Contact: [email protected]

2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact: name, email address.
Visual data: the product/garment photos you upload and the generated images.
Transaction and usage data: credit/subscription status, app usage records, device and app information.

3. Purposes of processing

Providing the Service (AI image generation),
Managing accounts, credits and subscriptions,
Ensuring information security and preventing abuse,
Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, data is processed based on the conclusion/performance of a contract, legal obligation, the legitimate interest of the data controller and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

To provide the Service, your data may be shared with suppliers located domestically or abroad (AI image-generation provider, cloud storage, notification, authentication and hosting services) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, while you use the application.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

To learn whether your data is processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
To request correction of incomplete/incorrect data,
To request deletion or destruction,
To request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified,
To object to outcomes reached solely through automated analysis,
To claim compensation for damages you suffer.

You may submit requests regarding your rights to [email protected]. Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest.
