Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dress Fashion AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Dress Fashion AI is an application that uses artificial intelligence to turn the garment/product photos you upload into professional-looking model and product images. Image generation is offered in exchange for credits or a subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

3. Account and sign-in

Sign-in is handled through your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payments

• Image generation consumes credits, obtained through one-time packs or a subscription.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their rules and refund policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Management and cancellation are done through your store account.
• Used credits are non-refundable. Credits for images that fail due to a technical error are refunded automatically.

5. Your content

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the Service, generate the images and deliver the results to you. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Upload photos of people that are not yours or for which you have no permission,
• Upload content that infringes copyright or trademark rights,
• Generate obscene, unlawful, hateful, deceptive or impersonating content,
• Reverse-engineer, abuse through automation, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.

7. AI outputs

Generated images are produced by automated systems; their accuracy, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. You are responsible for any commercial use of the generated images and for their compliance with third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself, its software, trademarks and design belong to Dress Fashion AI and are protected. These Terms grant you no rights other than the right to use the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in the app of material changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
