This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the Dress Fashion AI application.

2. Data we collect

• Account information: name and email address, from Google/Apple sign-in.
• Images you upload: your product/garment photos and the generated result images.
• Usage data: app interactions, device type, operating system and language preference.
• Purchase data: the status of subscription and credit transactions (we do not store your card details; payment is processed by the App Store/Google Play).
• Notification data: a device token used to send push notifications.

3. How we use your data

• To perform image generation and deliver results to you,
• To manage your account, credits and subscription,
• To improve the Service, keep it secure and prevent abuse,
• To comply with our legal obligations,
• To send informational notifications where you have opted in.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (providing the Service), your consent (e.g. notifications), our legitimate interests (security and improvement) and our legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers necessary to run the Service:

• AI image generation: an AI model provider (via OpenRouter) to process images.
• Storage: Cloudflare R2 to host images.
• Notifications: Google Firebase (FCM/APNs) for push delivery.
• Authentication: Google and Apple sign-in services.
• Subscription management: RevenueCat and the relevant app stores.
• Hosting: our server infrastructure provider.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may be located abroad; in that case your data may be transferred internationally under appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you delete your account, the images and personal data linked to it are deleted within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. However, no system is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
